David is an Executive HR Leader with over a decade of experience in full-cycle HR needs and recruiting. His passion for growing small businesses through people is what guides his HR philosophies. He holds a MBA from Aspen University and a BS in Business Administration - Management and Human Resources from Towson University.
Megan Hughes, M.Ed.HR
Partner
Megan is a retired educator, where after a decade in the classroom she decided to help people beyond their educations and into their careers. She holds a M.Ed. in Human Relations from Northern Arizona University and a BS in Education: Liberal Arts and Technology from Stevenson University.
